I could write essays upon essays about how magical and incredible this night was, about how flawless and beautiful they are, about how much I appreciate them, about how happy they make me, about how i was amazed to be that close, about how Chris & Darren are electric, but I’ve said it all before.
What I will say is that these fourteen men and women have impacted my life in a way that very few people have and that I am so, so, so fucking grateful that I found them.
Yeah, looking back on it, my summer has been incredible. I feel so blessed to have such incredible opportunities & the people in my life who allow me to do so. :)
I did this for Darren’s gig the other week, so I really wanted to do one for Glee as well. If anything is so I don’t forget things, but its so I can look back and remenisce on what was, no doubt, one of the best concerts I’ve been to. All songs are in setlist order. & under a read more because the set was like, 20 songs in length…

I went a bit mad on the zoom/theres a fair bit of Colfer focus…
We went and saw HP in 2D so I’d just accepted the fact that it wouldn’t be on,
& it was a different trailer to the ~official american one, so it didn’t even click that it was that. Like, it says “these kids started out in a school classroom” or something
and then all of a sudden, BAM Darren’s face.
I more or less screamed OH MY GOD and started crying….

I just, woah. to see Darren on a cinema screen. the guy who plays harry potter on youtube with a few of his friends for fun. Such a proud moment.
………………..in other news, HP was amazing. cried alot more than the first time, everything had ~sunk in.
Also completed a fair few pages of my wreck this journal! already having fun! :D
Started out as a strict choreographed dance, and now it’s just like WHOEVER THE FUCK CAN GO ON GOES ON, & there’s cory & Darren flailing their adorable limbs around, everything’s gr8

I haven’t tagged this, mainly because I forgot, but please don’t steal.
So, me and my friend were walking out of the train station to go home, and we naturally got onto the topic of Darren.
Unless you’ve lived under a rock for the past three weeks, I saw glee live on wednesday. I’m really not ashamed to say that I cried through some of it. It started when the warblers & Darren came on stage, for a few reasons really. Firstly, a few months ago me and my friend Sheryl started a petition to get the warblers onto the UK leg of the tour, and alot of the boys helped us with this. whether it was down to us or something different or a combination of the both, they ended up on tour, so it was so amazing to see the boys performing! Secondly, I literally never ever EVER thought I would ever see Darren perform live in a million years. I’d always joked around about it, but I never thought it would happen, so when the dapper little hobbit was jumping and bouncing around right in front of me, it honestly has to be one of the best moments of my life.
Another thing also hit me that night. He literally has no clue just how many people love and adore him. Like, LITERALLY oblivious. He just skips around with such a beautiful smile on his face, and I know certainly for me, but for alot of other people too, he fills me with courage & hope. I honestly can not think of a better person for all this success to happen to. He has been nothing but gracious in the face of all of this, and I truly hope that he continues to escalate but still stays the normal, goofy, silly Darren that we all know and love.
22nd June 2011 showed me alot of things, and one of them was just how grateful I am of Darren’s existance.
