I’m Jessi, I'm 17, and welcome to my corner of the internet.
This is my place to vent and rant and talk about my favourite things which include McFly, Darren Criss, Glee, Chris Colfer, Team Starkid, The Book of Mormon and various comedians.
I have a face and sometimes I post photos that can be found if you click here!
I like going to gigs and meeting people, and Tom Fletcher and Darren Criss are my heroes.
I like to keep this a positive place, and if you ever need anyone to talk to, I am always here. Remember, you’re not alone.
Thanks for joining me in this wierd and wonderful place, be sure to say hi!
As always, there have been lows of this year. and as always, I focus on the positives in this round up. So here we go.
2011 has been the year of growth, for me. I finished secondary school, had prom, started 6th form, figured out what I wanna do with my life and made so many incredible friends, as well as keeping amazing ones. I have all the usual thank yous to say.
McFly
You four always have and always will be number one. I saw you twice and met you twice and you never, ever fail to disappoint. I am so proud of each one of you for so many different reasons and you make me so proud to be a fan of you. 2012 is going to bring so many more incredible opportunities for you and I can’t wait to be there every single step of the way. Your music is there when people aren’t and I take so much comfort in that. & as always, thank you to Tom for being more than I could imagine and always being so lovely and inspiring me to no end.
Le Glee Cast (with focus on Darren)
This time last year, I’d just watched every episode so far and I was waiting for the winter hiatus to finish. and now look where I am. Darren, I am so incredibly proud of you. Seeing you in July in London was an honour and I’ll honestly never forget it. You have saved me from myself so many times and I am so grateful that I happened to stumble across you one day because things would be so, so, so different without your presense in my life and that scares me.
The cast as a whole, though. Your show keeps me smiling when nothing else does and your love for each other reminds me to keep my friends close. just like it was an honour seeing Darren, it was an honour seeing you all perform in June. You are all mind-blowingly talented and inspire me to no end and no matter what happens at the end of Season Three, whether everyone graduates and never comes back or they all stay, I know that they’ve made this year so special for me.
I’m not singling out friends because this isn’t the point of this post, but I have made and maintained some incredible best friends this year & you all know who you are. Thank you all for putting up with me and making me smile and laugh and I can honestly say that despite the obvious, glaring fact that makes every year kind of awful, this is one of the best years I’ve had and 2012 is a biiiiiiiiig year so lets see what it has in store!
